It operates at 7 psi (0.5 bar) and is fitted with a hydraulic end cover offering a 70° opening, along with a 35° tipping mechanism for emptying. A fixed partition allows the tank to be split, keeping water and sludge separated — standard capacity is 3.2 m³ water / 4.8 m³ sludge, with an optional 2.4 m³ water / 5.6 m³ sludge configuration also available. Tank levels are monitored via two indicators: a 1” plastic hose for water and a mechanical float for sludge. The rear end cover houses a 4” manual bottom suction valve and a 4” manual top suction valve fitted with a de-watering mesh.The jetting system uses a medium-sized hydraulic pump delivering 125 l/min at 1600 bar, paired with a main hose reel (100m of 3/4” plastic hose) mounted on the rear end cover, a secondary hose reel (15m of 3/8” hose), and a hand lance on the primary side. The whole unit is operated via a CAN-BUS controller with three push-button panels positioned on the boom, primary side, and rear.Vacuum performance comes from a Jurop DL125HDR rotary lobe, air-cooled pump rated at 440 cfm (12,400 l/min). The rear-mounted boom is 5”, manually operated with pneumatic assist and 300° rotation, working from the left side as standard (right-side optional), and connects to a 5” suction hose and 4” down pipe. A heated handwash facility is also fitted, along with three LED work lamps and two additional LED beacon lights beyond those on the chassis.
